How do I care for my Hassett Goods product?

Due to the nature of the materials and attentive craftsmanship, Hassett goods should take care of themselves - daily use will continue to keep them supple.

To note: light coloured leather may stain with exposure to liquids, fabric dyes and sunlight. To bring up the shine in your product, use a small amount of shoe or leather polish (be sure to patch test prior to use and take care to buff the excess off thoroughly to avoid staining clothes).

How long is the warranty on my Hassett Studios product?

Hassett Goods leather goods have been crafted to last you a lifetime. As such, we offer all clients a 10-year warranty on their purchase - if your product is in need of attention we will repair or replace it for you.

Is my Hassett Goods product eligible for repair?

We are proud to offer our customers a 10-year warranty on all belts and accessories. If your purchase is in need of attention, we will repair or replace it for you.

When and how will my order be shipped?

Hassett Goods will dispatch your product within 5 working days of the order being placed. We offer customers FREE worldwide shipping via Australia Post. You will be contacted at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and tracking number details.

International customers are responsible for all (if any) customs duties and import fees at the receiving end.

What do I do if I want to return my product?

If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your Hassett online purchase, you can return it to us via post for an exchange or refund.

Can I exchange my product?

Hassett Goods is happy to exchange any belt or accessory that is, for whatever reason, unsatisfactory. Exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of purchase - simply email info@hassettgoods.com and we will assist you from there.

How do I pay for my purchase?

Hassett Goods accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you charge sales tax (GST)?

Hassett Goods only charges sales tax (GST) on orders sent within Australia.

Do you offer bespoke product services?

We offer made-to-measure belt and footwear services for our clients.

Bespoke footwear starts at $4,500 and are available by appointment only.
